KNOW YOUR SPEAKER! Who is Rain Ramas?
Rain is backed by years of experience as a college instructor at the Philippine Women’s University and livelihood trainer; and in the fashion industry as a product developer, merchandising manager, and visual merchandising and store design specialist trained in New York City. He has handled brands in Rustan’s Department Store, and was part of the team that brought fashion brands Gap and Banana Republic to the Philippines under the company, Stores Specialists, Inc.
In line with his field as freelance consultant, he has worked as a fashion buyer, brand developer, event stylist, and fashion show director with accounts under the likes of Parkmall Cebu and ABS-CBN Foundation. Rain also wrote as a lifestyle columnist for Republic Magazine, co-hosted travel show “Hangin’ Around Soccsksargen”, is currently a tourism consultant and director of the General Santos City Visitor Information Center, and continues as customer experience consultant for brands like Macho Mucho Salon and Hotel San Marco.
Currently, aside from running Rain Ramas Design Source, Rain indulges in conducting lectures and seminars as a speaker on Personality Development topics.
