Jolly Coco-Lychee Delight
10:55 PM
Hello guys! It's Christmas so let's #MakeitJolly and fill our tummies! During this time of the year, we always think about having something new to serve on our Christmas tables, right? Lucky are we because our generous Tita Lisa of #BriellesHappyKitchen welcomed us one sunny Sunday afternoon into her kitchen and taught us to turn our Jolly Canned Goods into something delish!
Today, I'm gonna share with you this simple dessert recipe which actually became an instant hit to me and my SoxBlogger friends. It's perfect to serve on your family gatherings or Christmas potlucks or you can make it everyday to make each meal more special! Below are the ingredients that we are going to need to make Jolly Coco-Lychee Delight:
1 can Jolly Lychees in Syrup
1 can Jolly Coconut Cream
1 box gulaman mix, young coconut flavor
cherries, optional
Preparing our Jolly Coco-Lychee Delight is easy as 1,2,3. Aside from the Jolly Food Products being affordable and always available in the market, each variant comes in an easy open can making it so convenient to use even for a kitchen newbie. So here's what we need to do:
- Drain the lychee and reserve syrup.
- In a bowl, mix the following ingredients together, making sure that there are no lumps left.
- lychee syrup
- coconut cream
- gulaman mix
- Bring the mixture to a boil, under low fire, making sure to brush the sides of the casserole. Stir continuously for 5 minutes. Let cool.
- Spoon each lychee in a dessert bowl and fill the the lychee-coco mixture. Chill until the gelatine sets.
- You may top each bowl with cherries if desired.
- Prepare to enjoy.
This recipe gave us 12 dessert bowls to share. And that's it! You got one jolly dessert to try! It's yummy, promise!
Meanwhile, you have to bear with me and enjoy an inverted meal coz up next, I'm gonna share with you the mouthwatering Jolly Korn Muffin Recipe that we did which is actually perfect when paired to the Creamy Jolly Beef Stroganoff , especially if you are trying to shy away from rice, like me. So, abangan!
Have a Jolly Christmas everyone!
