I had the  honor of organizing the launching of the Jollibee Kids Club Happy Plus Card in General Santos City on May 10, 2014 at the Activity Center of SM General Santos and I must say with pride and joy that it has been a double wave of success! Registration started at 10:00 in the morning just in time for the mall opening. Kids tagging along their mums & dads were buzzing with excitement. Who wouldnt be? There were cotton candies, photo booth, freebies and Jollibee Food Bags waiting for them at the venue! The fun-filled activity was hosted by a local celebrity, a kid by heart herself, host of ABS-CBN's morning show Magandang Umaga South Central Mindanao, Ms. Rhyndyll Faye Bartolaba. Ate Dyll, as she introduced herself to the kids, taught them the "Jolly Wave" by swaying their colorful balloons on the air from left to right chanting Jollibee's name to lure him into the atrium. My blogger friends and I were invited to the 1st Golden Boy Herrera kite Festival in Alabel, Sarangani Province yesterday by no less than the First Lady of the Province herself , Ms. Michelle Lopez-Solon. Despite the scorching heat of the sun, we gamely agreed to go and see em kites flying. Yesterday's was an open competition for kids and teens. Kites were made of light materials like newspaper, banana leaves and twigs but you'll be amazed at how creative these flying thingy had been made! The sky was blue and the wind was blowing just right. Seems to me like no turbulence of some sort will fail the players to control their reel and set their kites steady up there. General Santos City. Our favorite fastfood is buzzing with excitement as the launching of their Jollibee Kids Club Happy Plus Card draws near. Jollibee and his friends are cooking up fun activites for all the members of the Jollibee Kids Club! Promoting the development of a child's multiple intelligence throught a variety of activities and workshops throughout the year, JKC is the country's biggest kid's club with more than 440,000 members nationwide. This fun-filled day is happening at the Activity Center of SM General Santos on May 10, 2014 @ 10:00 AM. So, Mommies & Daddies, tag along your babies on Saturday and have them registered at the event venue.
